					<description><![CDATA[Wow what a read.  Just shows how a simple run can into a life and death situation.  I&#039;ve never been  in such a situation, probably more by good luck.  I have sometimes been on the fells and in the mountains on my own and have been aware of how vulnerable I have been.  I have pushed the limits, but so far been lucky.  
    Hope you have a speedy recovery and will back running soon.  Rather reminded me a little bit of the film Touching the Void.]]></description>

I can honestly say that every red roser I have had the pleasure of meeting has been friendly and most importantly encouraging. I might be old and slow but everyone has treated me as a fellow runner. If you can then try to join one of the parkrun tourism days that pop up on Facebook - RRRR on tour. No race, just run at your pace, with friends. Hope to see you round  ]]></description>
